Who We Are

KOVA was built by Luke LaViola and Koury Dowd, two sophomores at Penn State. Most listings still live on a portal page the agent doesn't control, next to someone else's ads. Buyers open those links on their phones from a text. We build the page they should land on instead.

We do one thing: listing marketing for residential agents. One page per listing, built fast, under your name.
